1. Overview

Grey Duck Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Easy Mirror application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App on your Apple device.

The App provides an augmented reality mirror experience using your device's camera. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Information We Collect

Camera Access The App requires access to your device's camera to provide its core augmented reality mirror functionality. Camera input is processed entirely on your device in real time. We do not record, store, capture, or transmit any images or video from your camera under any circumstances.

Subscription and Purchase Information The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. All subscription purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID. Apple handles all financial transactions in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We may receive non-identifiable confirmation from Apple that a purchase has been made in order to unlock the appropriate features in the App.

Diagnostic Data The App may collect limited, anonymous diagnostic data such as crash logs to help us identify and fix technical issues. This data does not identify you personally and is not linked to your identity.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • Names or contact information

  • Email addresses

  • Photos or videos from your camera

  • Location data

  • Device identifiers used for tracking or advertising

  • Any data used to build a profile of you

4. How We Use Information

Diagnostic data is used solely to maintain app performance and resolve bugs. Subscription status confirmation is used only to enable or disable premium features within the App. No data is used for advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party profiling.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription for access to premium features. Subscription details:

  • Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We do not have access to your payment method or billing information. All subscription billing is managed by Apple.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple-provided services, including the App Store In-App Purchase system and crash reporting tools. These services operate under Apple's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. We do not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. If additional third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain camera data. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary to support app stability improvements. Subscription status is retained only to provide the features you have purchased.

9. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Security

Because we do not collect or store personal data, the risks associated with data breaches are minimized. All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple's infrastructure.

11. Your Choices

You can revoke camera access at any time through your device's Settings app. Doing so will prevent the App from functioning. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a new Effective Date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
